I founded BarnPilot after years of working in boarding barns, lesson programs, and training operations. Like many equestrians, I found myself juggling whiteboards, spreadsheets, sticky notes, paper calendars, and countless text messages just to keep a barn running smoothly.
BarnPilot was built to simplify that reality.
Every feature is inspired by real barn operations and continues to evolve through feedback from trainers, instructors, barn owners, and horse professionals who use it every day.

No. Clients can request lessons through a booking form without creating an account, or log in to view their lesson history, invoices, and horses. Your barn controls which workflow works best.
Can BarnPilot track lesson credits and packages?
Yes. BarnPilot fully supports lesson packages, credit bundles, and subscription management. Clients can see their available credits, and lessons automatically deduct from their package.
Can I manage staff schedules and tasks?
Yes, in BarnPilot Pro. You can assign daily tasks, track shifts, manage time clocking, and assign trainers to specific days and horses.
Does BarnPilot work on mobile phones?
Yes. BarnPilot is fully responsive and works great on phones, tablets, and desktops. Clients can book lessons, view invoices, and check schedules on mobile.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
